We are a team of professionals, passionate about improving the lives of learners, by delivering industry-relevant and in-demand content, in 'easy-to-consume' modules. Our emphasis in the delivery is always about the "why" rather than the "what", making our programmes highly practical and insightful.
Understanding these pain points, we have developed curated short courses - micro-skill courses so to say, to deliver crisp content in live sessions of short duration, spread over weekends. One just needs to commit for two days of 2 hours each or 4 days of 2 hours each, to complete each micro-courses. Longer duration weekend courses are also available for those who can commit to spend a little more time every week-end. With a live instructor-led session, doubts can be clarified immediately and the learning becomes more engaging and deeper.
There is enough content on the web available right now and some of them are truly classy! However, we also realise that time-constrained professionals, wanting to upgrade their skill-sets to catch on the next wave of opportunity, fall short of the goal, due to a lack of time and follow-up. They mostly end up paying for premium courses that are video-based pre-recorded sessions, and the actual learning still remain a dream.

Our partnership with a leading Business School like XIME Kochi helps our cause of tapping into some of the best-in-class faculty who come with a strong industry experience. XIME Kochi is governed by the XIME society, having 2 other campuses, one in Bangalore and one in Chennai.
XIME Kochi regularly conducts Organisation-based-programmes (OBPs) for corporates and some of their customers include Bharat Petroleum (BPCL Kochi Refinery), Saint Gobain, Network Redux, HTIC Global etc.
Prof. Alok Krishna is a digital marketing expert, who has handled digital campaigns for clients, overseeing budgets of over Rs.50 Million. Dr. Ranjana Varghese is an expert panel member with the Kerala Start-Up Mission and has been involved in evaluating and guiding a number of startups. With over 13 years of diversified experience in the field of IT, Telecom, Manufacturing and Sales with companies like Infosys and Idea Cellular, she currently is an Associate Dean with XIME Kochi and an expert in the HR domain. Mr. Nikunj Dang is an entrepreneur, thought leader and coach, who was earlier the Managing Director with Accenture Strategy & Consulting apart from stints at EY, Citibank and ICICI. He has over 20 years of experience working in areas including digital transformation, data-driven consulting, business architecture, process design, project management of IT implementations and transformation exercises in large banking and financial services clients.
